All data outlined below resides in CQ. Everything is not anonymous and is transparently available online to all employees.

A company culture-in-action team manages the creation process that includes the following items:

Name of an executive for overseeing company core values and actions.
Names of company core values.
Definition for each core value.
Action(s) to implement each core value.
Name of an employee responsible for managing the implementation of each action.
Project document that explains why, how, what, and when to implement the action(s) for each core value.
The project document describes how and when each action will be measured for achievement.

When the planning work is completed, the team’s data is input to CQ and all employees provide the following input:

Rate each action in each core value.
Add comments for each action in each core value.
Suggest other actions to consider for each core value.
Give kudos to fellow employees who exemplify actions.
Suggest big action ideas for pushing towards 100% employee engagement.
