Culture Quest (CQ)  is a new and one-of-a-kind tool for all businesses to improve their employee engagement.

Gallup just reported that employee engagement has hit an 11-year low. CQ is a straightforward, enjoyable, practical, clear path to halt and reverse that trend. 

We suggest that a lack of core value actions is at the heart of this problem. CQ is an employee immersive tool for creating actions that give life to dormant core values.  Giving life to idle core values is the most important step to improve employee engagement.

The Culture Quest (CQ) software is designed to overcome today’s most significant business problem – dormant core values that lack action for implementation.  The result is poor employee engagement.

All data outlined below resides in CQ.  Everything is not anonymous and is transparently available online to all employees.

A company culture-in-action team manages the creation process that includes the following items:

  • Name of an executive for overseeing company core values and actions.
  • Names of company core values.
  • Definition for each core value.
  • Action(s) to implement each core value.
  • Name of an employee responsible for managing the implementation of each action.
  • Project document that explains why, how, what, and when to implement the action(s) for each core value.
  • The project document describes how and when each action will be measured for achievement.

When the planning work is completed, the team’s data is input to CQ and all employees provide the following input:   

  • Rate each action in each core value.
  • Add comments for each action in each core value.
  • Suggest other actions to consider for each core value.
  • Give kudos to fellow employees who exemplify actions.
  • Suggest big action ideas for pushing towards 100% employee engagement.
