Cultures in Action

Almost all college and university graduates, regardless of their major, will become employees and engage with an organizational culture. While in school, it’s important for them to understand what organizational culture is, the different types that exist, case examples, how culture drives business success, and the challenges of managing it—all of which will have a significant effect on their personal lives.

Lectures, articles, and textbooks are vital resources, but can be extended beyond those. Students can prepare themselves through class culture projects in collaboration with local businesses.

Cultures in Action is dedicated to partnering with teachers and students, ready to offer support in the classroom and with hands-on project initiatives. This includes Culture Quest for students and their collaborating businesses for no cost.

When a company partners with one of our facilitators, the initial step is to establish a shared understanding of their core values and their significance. Once these values are clarified, the focus shifts to devising practical strategies for their implementation. This entails moving from abstract concepts to actionable plans, showcasing how each value will be translated into tangible actions by employees.

Crafting action-driven strategies necessitates collaboration, innovation, and strategic planning. It’s a multifaceted journey that demands expertise and guidance. Recognizing the potential strain on internal resources, we offer a cadre of seasoned professionals poised to support and steer your team through this transformative process.
